What is the guest capacity?

Our ampitheater and tent holds 250 guests. Our indoor area holds 30 guests

What do you supply?

We supply tent, tables, chairs, plates, cutlery and linens

Are open flames allowed?

We allow candles and sparklers. No fireworks allowed

Are outside vendors allowed

In certain circumstances. However, there is a fee based on vendor

Do vendors require insurance

All vendors require insurance and need to be a registered business. Some vendors require more insurance

than other vendors. 

Can we transfer our event date to a new date?

Yes dates are transferrable without penality. Please note, some vendors may not be available on the  new date

Is serving staff provided? 

All of our service staff is provided by Event Depot and Black Tie Affair Hospitality Personel: servers, maitre d, sommelier, bartenders, security, dishwashers. Caterers provide their own chefs

Will my make-up last all day?

Our professional makeup artists and stylists know all the tricks of the trade to set your wedding makeup so it lasts all day, even in the hot summer months. We use setting sprays, powders, blotting papers and water-resistant products, and we provide a touch-up kit to keep you looking fresh.

Is the hair and make-up area sanitary?

Hygiene is extremely important to us, and we ensure all of our vendor tools have been thoroughly cleaned before using them. They use disposable mascara wands and palettes instead of applying products directly out of their containers. They sanitize all of their tools between clients using professional-grade, anti-bacterial brush cleaner and sprayed with 70% alcohol to ensure they are throughly cleaned.

Does the officiant send the licence into the government?

Yes within 48 hours. The goverment will register the wedding which typically takes 6-8 weeks at which time you can apply for the Certificate of Marriage

How far ahead of the ceremony will the officiant arrive

Typically 15 - 20 minutes before the ceremony commences

When should we mail out our invitations? 

Invitations should be mailed out 3 months prior to the date of the wedding and RSVP date should be 4-5 weeks prior to event date.
